Returns
If the product you purchased isn’t what you expected, doesn’t fit your vehicle, or you’ve changed your mind about the colour, you may return it within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
You can choose to exchange the item for another product or colour, receive store credit, or get a refund back to your original payment method.
We are unable to offer 30 day change of mind returns to any parts orders (driver only, passenger only or bases), any custom logos or special fabric orders.
Customised items cannot be returned. This includes products that have been:
- Embroidered or screen printed.
- Changed or altered in any special way.
- Made in non-standard colours, fabrics, or with custom logos.
- Standard fabrics are limited to 12oz Canvas in Grey or Black. All other fabrics (including specialty colours, cotton drill, and light-duty canvas) are considered non-standard and are not eligible for return.
- Parts orders—such as individual driver or passenger bucket seats, individual backrests, individual seat bases, or armrest covers — are also not returnable.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns received outside the 30-day window, or not in original condition, may be accepted at our discretion. In these cases, a small restocking fee may apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

We only fully replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product,
please email us at sales@ruggedvalley.co.nz and include some photos of your faulty goods so we can assess this for you.
