Firstly, the original receipt, invoice or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return, Exchange or Refund
If the product you’ve purchased isn’t what you were expecting, is the wrong size / colour / design or you have changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days in original condition and packaging at your own expense and exchange it for another product, store credit, or a refund back to your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds to your credit card may take 5-10 days to show up in your account. Note, any freight charged will not be refunded.
However, any items that have been customised (e.g. embroidered, screen printed, shortened, or altered in any way) cannot be returned for a credit, refund or exchange. This includes non-standard colors and/or fabrics.
Goods not returned in their original packaging will incur a fee of up to 10%.
Goods returned after 30 days in their original condition and packaging may be credited at Rugged Valley’s discretion with a fee of 10%.
We have full confidence in our Rugged Valley canvas seat covers. If the seat cover does not fit to your expectations, has a manufacturing fault or some other sort of defect within 2 years of the date of purchase; we will either replace your seat covers or refund in full. Simply get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll help you out from there.
Our workwear & safety gear range comes from a range of awesome suppliers around New Zealand who have different guarantees ranging from 4 months to 24 months. Check out the box / packaging that your brand new item has come in, as it is generally enclosed in there or on a small tag attached to the item. Or feel free to get in touch, and we can check it out for you.

Incorrect Seatcover Received
Oops, we’re all human and sometimes mistakes happen. If we have stuffed up and sent you the wrong cover, simply get in touch with us and we’ll get this sorted for you. If by any random chance, you have ordered a cover for the wrong vehicle / machine, make sure it is in original, clean condition, and we are happy to replace or refund.
