Returns

If the product you’ve purchased isn’t what you were expecting, is the wrong fit for your vehicle, or you have changed your mind about the colour, you may return it within 30 days in original condition and packaging and exchange it for another product/colour, store credit, or a refund back to your original payment method.

However, any items that have been specially customised for you (e.g. embroidered, screen printed, shortened, or altered in any way) can’t be returned. This includes non-standard colours, logos and/or fabrics. The only standard fabrics are 12oz Canvas in Grey or Black. Any specialty colour canvas, cotton drill or light duty are not considered standard & cannot be returned.

This also includes any orders for parts, including but not limited to, driver bucket only, passenger bucket only, and driver/passenger bases or armrest only pieces.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any returns received outside of this specified time period, or not in original condition may be refunded at our discretion and there may be a small restocking fee in order to get the goods back to re-salable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ruggedvalley.co.nz and send your item to: Rugged Valley New Zealand Limited, 4 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, WGN, Masterton 8010, New Zealand.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rugged Valley New Zealand Limited, 4 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, WGN, Masterton 8010, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
