The service and communication was excellent but the product itself was a little disappointing. The fit was extremely tight which means the stitching has stretched open and is now exposed. Despite lots of manipulating there are still some baggy areas by the seams that don't fit snuggly and it seems as though they skimped on the material as it doesn't fully cover the console cover at the front. There were no fitting instructions, which would have been helpful as the console cover needed to be disassembled to enable it to be fitted. I think $75 is a lot for this very small item, especially considering the quality issues. It also looks nothing like the advertised photo.

Sorry to hear your concerns, thanks for your pictures & emails - I hope we have resolved this appropriately for you.
It appears as though the console cover has been joined incorrectly. Normally the elastic is joined at the back of the console cover, rather than the front like yours is – hence why you have are finding it slightly exposed at the front.
Apologises about the lack of fitting instructions, normally we do send them out with the goods, but the team must have missed including them.
The images on our website are all example images, as stated below the image sliders. We prefer to do it this way, as we have quite a number of different products and it is difficult for us to get quality photos of them all.

I like the covers that I got for my Navara so don't get me wrong with the title. However, there are a couple of things that could be better with them. Getting these things on required some interesting yoga moves on my part (could be operator error on this) and a bit of swearing. The second seat was easier than the first after the practice.
I know that they are made to fit tight which is good, so not really an issue at all.
What made it hard was the Velcro, it wanted to stick to everything including the wrong corresponding strip, the carpet and the fabric seats. It also made getting the strap tight difficult. If it was me I would have used a slip lock buckle or similar. Not being able to get the strap tight means that there are a couple of wrinkles which is annoying.
Overall I can live with a couple of wrinkles on the seat as they protect the factory fabric and are tough. It is a work ute after all . Even with these minor drawbacks I would buy another set if and when I ever need to.

Great, bit time consuming to fit as such a snug fit but pays off in the long run as not loose and won’t come loose. Faster delivery than originally stated too which was a bonus.
